2026 INTERNATIONAL PROJECT WEEK FOR STUDENTS

Virtual part: February 24 and March 3, 2026

Onsite part: March 9–13, 2026 (B2 Ljubljana School of Business, Slovenia)

 

TITLE: BORDERLESS CIRCULAR VENTURES – Managing Global Impact Projects in a Sustainable World

Erasmus Blended Intensive Program (3 ECTS)

Step into a world without borders and explore how sustainable ideas can drive global change. This international Blended Intensive Program at B2 Ljubljana School of Business invites students to design innovative circular business ventures that tackle real sustainability challenges. Working in intercultural teams, participants apply project management tools, explore entrepreneurship and green innovation, and transform creative ideas into actionable projects.

The program combines online collaboration with an intensive project week in Ljubljana, culminating in the International Student Business Fair, where students pitch their projects before experts, mentors, and peers – three winning teams will be selected and awarded official certificates of recognition, which they can proudly include in their professional portfolios and future career development.

The purpose of this week:

  • Design a sustainable and circular business venture that addresses real global and environmental challenges through teamwork and innovation.
  • Apply international project management tools and methods to develop, plan, and present a feasible cross-border business concept.
  • Collaborate in diverse, intercultural teams, strengthening global competence, creativity, and leadership in a dynamic international setting.
  • Present and pitch your project at the International Student Business Fair, gaining feedback from experts and earning recognition for professional growth.

 

Who Can Participate?

This project week welcomes both international and local students who are eager to explore sustainability, innovation, and entrepreneurship in a dynamic, hands-on environment. No prior experience in project management or business is required - only curiosity, creativity, and the motivation to design impactful solutions for a more sustainable world. English level requirement: C1.

Application through web form is a mandatory prerequirement.

ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

Registration is open until all places are filled or until December 15th, 2025. If accepted, applicants will receive a confirmation of their admission to the program. Application does not guarantee acceptance. 

 

 

Program Overview and Schedule:

The BIP is a two-phase learning experience combining online preparation with an intensive, hands-on project week in Ljubljana. It brings together international and local students to develop sustainable and circular business ventures addressing global environmental and social challenges.

ONLINE

  • Online Meeting 1 – February 24, 2026: Introduction to the BIP concept, key objectives, and structure. Overview of project management principles, sustainability frameworks, and EU priorities such as the Green Deal and digitalisation. The session also highlights teamwork dynamics in international and online settings.
  • Online Meeting 2 – March 3, 2026: Formation of international teams, presentation of initial ideas, and refinement of project concepts. Students receive practical guidance on project initiation, proposal writing, and tools such as WBS and stakeholder analysis.

ON-SITE

On-site Bootcamp in Ljubljana (March 9–13, 2026): The core of the BIP transforms theory into practice through five days of interactive lectures, mentoring, and teamwork led by experts from B2 LSB, NHL Stenden, and ISLA Santarém. Sessions integrate project management, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and international trade.

  • Day 1 – March 9: Entrepreneurial Project Management introduces project planning tools and teamwork principles. Includes a real case study and team project work.
  • Day 2 – March 10: International Trade and Cross-Border Entrepreneurship explores global markets and export potential for sustainable products, followed by mentored teamwork.
  • Day 3 – March 11: Leadership Without Borders focuses on leading international teams and motivating collaboration. Pitch rehearsals and feedback follow.
  • Day 4 – March 12: Business Model Canvas and Pitch Development helps teams structure business models and finalise presentations.
  • Day 5 – March 13: International Student Business Fair & Closing Ceremony. Students present and pitch projects before an evaluation committee and public audience. The three best teams receive official certificates of recognition for outstanding achievement, supporting their future professional development.
