Erasmus+ Staff Mobility
Erasmus+ Staff Mobility enables higher education staff to develop professionally, exchange good practices, and strengthen international cooperation. Mobility can take two main forms – staff mobility for teaching and staff mobility for training – both designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and intercultural learning among higher education institutions.
Staff mobility for teaching refers to the mobility of academic staff with the purpose of delivering lectures, workshops, or other forms of teaching at a partner institution abroad. At B2 Ljubljana School of Business, teaching mobilities are primarily carried out during the Erasmus Spring Semester (March–May), when visiting lecturers contribute to international academic exchange, share innovative teaching methods, and engage with B2 students through courses, guest lectures, and joint classroom projects. For teaching mobility, please apply with proposed content: 2 stand-alone lectures (2 times three to four hours), interactive, dynamic, contemporary, to be carried out in class for international students. C1 English level is a prerequirement.
Staff mobility for training refers to the mobility of non-academic and administrative staff with the purpose of professional development, job shadowing, or exchange of good practices. At B2 Ljubljana School of Business, training mobilities are mainly implemented during our International Staff Week, which typically takes place at the end of May. This event brings together colleagues from partner institutions across Europe and beyond for a week of networking, collaboration, and mutual learning.
