THE 7th INTERNATIONAL STAFF WEEK 2026 (BIP), May 18–22, 2026
TITLE: Current Topics in Higher Education
Who Can Participate?
We warmly invite academics, including teaching and support staff from higher education institutions, to join this dynamic and collaborative event.
!!Prerequirement: B2 ENGLISH LEVEL at least. Please attach the print screen of OLS result with you application!!
Since Staff Week is in BIP form, participation will be checked every day and full participation is expected.
Web application is also a prerequirement. Applications to open by January 2026.

Program Overview
The International Staff Week offers a series of insightful presentations, interactive workshops, engaging discussions, networking events, and opportunities to explore the local culture, all designed to address the intersection of strategic management and global higher education in a rapidly changing world.

- Monday, 18 May: Getting together, welcome session and introductory presentations, Guided tour of Ljubljana with Dinner
- Tuesday, 19 May: Workshop
- Wednesday, 20 May: Networking activities and exploration of Ljubljana and Slovenia
- Thursday, 21 May: 8th EASTERN EUROPEAN CONFERENCE OF MANAGEMENT AND ECONOMICS (EECME 2026)
- Friday, 22 May: Graduation Ceremony of Erasmus Spring Semester students, Closing remarks and group photographs

Additional Information
The event is free of charge, with no attendance or registration fees.
Accommodation and meals are not provided; participants are responsible for arranging their own. However, networking dinner on Tuesday and snacks during the International Staff Week are free of charge for participants.
